Carrillo Dean became intimately involved with the first phase of a 1400 acre resort community located on the North shore of Lake Travis about 30 Miles Northwest of Austin. This phase included “The Beach Club” with four swimming pools on multiple levels, water falls, beach volleyball, picnic areas and an outdoor amphitheater.
