Pat Dean served as project manager and lead designer for a 30.5 acre multi-family project in the Oak Cliff Gateway across the Trinity River from downtown Dallas.  This site included two amenity centers and 6,000 linear feet of tax increment financing (TIF) street improvements consisting of hardscape, trees, planting, irrigation and lighting.
